This year’s Braintree District Council Chairman’s Christmas Card Competition was a huge success, with over 50 fantastic entries from schools across the district.

We’re delighted by the incredible response to our Rail Art Competition! The winning entries are to be proudly displayed at Braintree Train Station in the New Year, bringing vibrant creativity to the heart of our community.

With the support from the Royal Society Places of Science scheme and participation from local children.

We were delighted to hear that 3 schools in Braintree District achieved the Anglian Water Eco Advocates Award.  This is an annual award and there will be a new round starting in September 2025.
